NASA's original caption: NASA's Mars Perseverance rover acquired this image using its SHERLOC WATSON camera, located on the turret at the end of the rover's robotic arm. This image was acquired on Jan. 1, 2025 (Sol 1375) at the local mean solar time of 12:46:50. Image Credit: NASA/JPL-Caltech
In the above figure, red arrows point to tiny rectangles/circles on a rock abraded by Mars rover Perseverance.
The arrangements of circles/rectangles show high technology of Martians, as they are neither rock minerals/crystals, nor cells of life (too large).

BNSF's 1st Watson, Y-WAT1011-12A, creeps down the Harbor Sub in Redondo Beach. On the left is LA Metro's Green Line (since renamed the K Line) which ends at a stub here. The 1st Watson will pause here behind the Redondo Beach Costco, perhaps for a chicken bake and/or a double chunk chocolate cookie.

The BNSF 1st Watson job (Y-WAT1011) makes its way through Lawndale,CA on the BNSF harbor Subdivision with one of a kind H3 GP60M 130 leading. Prior to 2002 the Harbor Subdivision was the link for the Santa Fe/BNSF to the expansive port of Long Beach. When the Alameda corridor opened providing a more direct and faster route to the port, the Harbor Sub fell into obscurity. As of 2024 the northern portion of the line is severed and set to be converted into a rail trail while the southern portion (pictured) is now owned by LACMTA and will soon become the right of way for their K line which links South Bay communities to LAX. This will result in the removal of the trees and grass in Lawndale in favor of a giant fence and Metro infrastructure which will be an unfortunate change of scenery for residents along Condon Avenue.
