28052023-040 Richard Meins 2011 Peugeot 908 is towed away after an accident. Mein’s car is chassis #05, a car that raced twice in the factory team’s hands. The 908 was known under the codename 90X during development. #05 finished second in the 2011 Spa 6 Hours in the hands of Franck Montagny, Stéphane Sarrazin and Nicolas Minassian, a race where it started from the back of the grid, and thereafter was left to mount an amazing fightback. Its second and final race start was at the epic 2011 Le Mans 24 Hours. The same trio of drivers brought the car home to a podium finish with 3rd overall.
